(記者謝政儒桃園報導)面臨暑假後的旅遊淡季，桃園市政府觀光旅遊局自9月份起至年底展開台灣好行樂活旅遊季系列促銷活動，推出不同購票及活動方案，吸引不同旅遊目的遊客到桃園觀光，包含了因應行政院推動新南向政策之泰國旅客來台30天免簽政策，泰籍旅客憑泰國護照購買桃園市台灣好行一日券即可享有8折優惠；首次推出國內遊客於國定例假日購買小烏來一日券加10元，就可以升級雙線一日券聯票；針對桃園地區學生，辦理四場魔法列車校園推廣活動，落實低碳旅遊教育推廣與在地回饋。
樂活旅遊季 台灣好行乘車優惠大放送
桃園市政府觀光旅遊局長楊勝評表示，桃園觀光一年四季都有不同的旅遊風情，自9月份起桃園市台灣好行將以樂活旅遊季作為主題，針對不同的客群推出不同的搭乘購票優惠方案，如泰籍旅客，自9月1日起至12月31日止，憑護照購買桃園市台灣好行任一路線一日券，即可享有8折購票優惠，藉此提升國際旅客人數同時也解決國際旅客觀光交通問題；國內一般旅客，則是搭配今年度中秋連假至明年度元旦假期（即2016年9月15日至2017年1月2日），與客運業者合作於國定例假日時推出，在桃客中壢總站或桃客桃園總站凡購買小烏來線一日券(售價150元)加10元，升級為「慈湖線－小烏來線一日聯票」(原價200元)的購票方案。

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭縣3日電）新北市1名張姓男子今天晚上騎乘機車，闖上國道5號雪山隧道後一路南下。國道警方在宜蘭端出口攔截時，張男竟衝撞警車，警方後來對空鳴槍逮人，已帶回隊部偵訊。
國道警方晚間約8時30分獲報，雪山隧道南下路段有1名張姓男子騎機車闖入，警方隨即在宜蘭端出口攔截；但張男見到警方攔查時，竟騎車衝撞巡邏車，之後棄車逃逸，跑到北上車道。員警當下為了保護他及其他用路人的安全，對空鳴槍，令他趴下，逮捕回隊部調查。
警方說，張男被帶回偵訊時，神智不清，忽哭忽笑，甚至手舞足蹈，疑似出現毒癮情況，還咆哮不肯配合調查，直喊「我是台灣人」，語無倫次，一度需要動用多名員暫時壓制，讓他情緒暫時緩和下來。
警方表示，張男行為除造成警車頭燈受損，也造成員警輕傷，將依妨礙公務及公共危險罪嫌移送法辦。1050903
行政院發言人童振源昨（十四）日表示，針對操作低價團劣質一條龍經營方式，交部將持續加強稽查力度、依法懲處，並提供財政部加強稅務查核，強化旅行業自律，遏阻低價團操作空間。
為搶食陸客來台觀光大餅，有部分旅行業者，以從接客到住宿、餐飲、購物的「一條龍」壟斷經營，甚至出現所謂的「零團費」，以致影響及國內整體觀光旅遊品質，近來備受政府單位重視。行政院長林全前天在立法院答詢表示，原則上，零團費或低價團不會讓它存在，會用各種方式不讓這種情形發生。
童振源是昨天下午接受媒體提問時做了前述表示。他說，政府將針對低價團、自費項目予以管制，未來交通部將透過小兩會機制，促請陸方落實組團社之源頭管理責任。
